International students must provide a current TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of at least 580 on the written test, or 90 on the internet based test with a TWE (Test of Written English) or Essay score of 4.0. Note that the internet based test score of 90 minimum must show a minimum score of 25 in Speaking and Writing.
The Department will also accept an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test score of 7.0 minimum overall, and a score of 6.5 in both Speaking and Writing.
